Your satisfaction and safety is our main priority. We want you to have an enjoyable experience with us and we want you to be able to whole-heartedly recommend us to your friends and family.

 

We know that the best of plans sometimes change and you might need to change your dates or even cancel your trip. Therefore we offer a flexible booking policy accompanied by our unique money back guarantee.

Our booking policy

  1. We do not require a payment at the time of booking.

  2. A week before your booked date we will ask you to confirm your booking and send you a payment link.

  3. If we haven't received your payment 48 hours before the booked date, we will cancel your booking.

  4. You can cancel your booking at any time. If you have already paid for the tour when you need to cancel, a 10% cancellation fee applies because of our payment services provider's policy.

Our money back guarantee

If you are not entirely satisfied with our services, please tell us immediately during the tour or as soon as you can afterwards. We will do our utmost to make the necessary adjustments to ensure satisfaction. If your are still not happy with our services, we will refund your tour in full provided you let us know before we depart after the tour.

Please note that even though we try to process your refund as soon as possible the refund might take a while to appear on your card due to restrictions made by our payment services provider.
