Korpan & Grafarholt Golf Courses

Korpan & Grafarholt Golf Courses

18 holes, par 72 / 71

The Reykjavík Golf Club runs two courses in the capital area of Iceland - Grafarholt course and Korpa course.

Grafarholt golf course is the oldest 18-hole golf course in Iceland. The course is recognized as Iceland´s premier championship venue and has hosted many European and Nordic tournaments.

The course designer used the existing rugged and varied landscape to produce arguably the toughest championship golf course in Iceland with fairways aligned with lava and heather requiring the golfer to use his imagination if he wants to turn in a good score. The magnificent views over the city of Reykjavik make this a unique golfing experience.

Korpa golf course is one of the newest 18-hole golf courses in the country and has already established itself as one of the best in the country.

There are two very different distinct nine holes on the course. The front nine stretch down and run along the beautiful coastline of the Atlantic Ocean with stunning views of Reykjavík´s signature mountain, Esja. A brilliant test of links golf is to be enjoyed on the front nine. On the back nine there are massive challenges that await players on some of the holes played along the river Korpa. The course is challenging for low and high handicap golfers alike.
